Keeping warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels requires deep and sustained greenhouse gas emissions reductions in all sectors. Emissions should be decreasing will need to be cut by almost half by 2030, to limit warming to 1.5°C.
My Recommendation: The science is increasingly clear. Emissions need to be cut. The report makes for disturbing, yet essential, reading to get the full perspective on climate change.
