CO2 AI is a SaaS (Sustainability-as-a-Service software) that measures, tracks, and reduces the environmental footprint at scale for businesses and their supply chains. Incubated by BCG, the company was founded based on a vision to leverage advanced analytics and technology as a response to climate change.

It turns the raw data into business intelligence and recommends features actions:
- Footprint Explorer: mapping Scope 1, 2 and 3, uncovering emissions' hotspots.
- Simulator: visualises the CO2 and cost impact of chosen abatement initiatives.
- Roadmap designer: forecasting Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, developing Net-Zero roadmap, setting carbon reduction targets and monitoring progress.
- Supplier collaboration: requesting more accurate Scope 3 emissions data directly from the suppliers and becoming a facilitator in decarbonising the supply chain.

CO2 AI is compliant with the GHG Protocol, supports sustainability criteria of GRI and TCFD; is GRI certified, and is a CDP gold accredited provider in relation to climate change and SBT services. Partners in data integration are SAP and Azure. With 130 million tons of CO2e under management, among its largest clients are Coca Cola, Novartis, DELL, Orsted, and others.
